How do you take a safeguarding system built in Westminster and adapt it for the villages and growing cities of the Warm Heart of Africa?

That was the central question explored on 10th April 2026, when UK safeguarding specialist Naomi Shrubsole led a landmark event at Emmanuel University in Lilongwe.
